How we price (plain English)

Price mostly follows risk + surface area: number of integrations, where credentials live, data sensitivity, and how fast you need us to respond.

What changes the priceExamplesWhy it matters
IntegrationsCRM/helpdesk, website chat, docs, email, APIsMore moving parts = more failure modes
GovernanceAllowlists, audit trails, approvals, escalation rulesPrevents “agent did something dumb” incidents
SLAResponse time, on-call windowsOperations cost is real cost
Security postureSandboxing, secrets management, reviewsReduces blast radius
Rule: If OpenClaw is customer-facing, you need operations — or it becomes reputational risk.

If you’re comparing vendors: ask for monitoring details, incident handling, and what happens when a third-party skill breaks.

Pricing FAQ

Short answers. If you want the longer version, we’ll send a scope doc after 5 minutes of context.

What’s the difference between Launch and Managed Ops?

Launch gets you live. Managed Ops keeps you alive: monitoring, incident response, upgrades, and monthly KPI reporting. If you want reliability, you want Ops.

Do you do fixed-price projects?

For small scopes, yes. For complex integrations or regulated environments, we quote a phased plan (audit → implementation → operations).

Can you work with our internal team?

Yes. We can either run everything end-to-end or act as the “OpenClaw SRE layer” for your team.

Is this paying for OpenClaw itself?

No—this is for implementation + operations. Your model/provider usage and hosting costs are separate and depend on traffic and tool usage.
